摘要
随着建筑工程日益复杂化的背景,为解决工程造价动态管理的挑战,论文以房屋建筑工程为例,对动态管理与优化策略进行研究,提出了针对成本控制、进度管理和风险评估的综合解决措施。通过建立全面的评价体系、定期评估和调整策略以及及时实施纠正措施,论文的研究成果旨在为相关工程项目管理人员提供参考,以实现更高效、更精确的工程造价管理。
With the background of increasingly complex construction engineering,in order to solve the challenge of dynamic management of engineering cost,this paper takes the housing construction engineering as an example to study the dynamic management and optimization strategy,and puts forward comprehensive measures for cost control,schedule management and risk assessment.By establishing a comprehensive evaluation system,regularly evaluating and adjusting strategies,and implementing corrective measures in a timely manner,the research results of this paper aim to provide reference for relevant engineering project management personnel to achieve more efficient and accurate engineering cost management.
