Problems in the Development of Prefabricated Construction Project Management and Their Solution Suggestions

装配式建筑是指通过工厂生产的预制构件在工地进行组装而成的建筑,与传统施工工艺相比,具有提高效率、节约资源等优势。中国作为建筑大国,近年来政府和社会各界一直致力于推广装配式建筑,同时国家也出台了多项政策支持装配式建筑的发展。但在实际建设中,装配式建筑还存在很多问题,严重制约了其发展速度。因此,论文对装配式建筑工程项目管理发展中的问题及解决建议进行了探究分析。

Prefabricated building refers to the building assembled on the construction site through the prefabricated components produced by the factory.Compared with the traditional construction technology,it has the advantages of improving efficiency and saving resources.As a major construction country,in recent years,the government and the community have been committed to promoting prefabricated buildings.At the same time,the state has also issued a number of policies to support the development of prefabricated buildings.However,in the actual construction,there are still many problems in prefabricated buildings,which seriously restricts their development speed.Therefore,this paper explores and analyzes the problems in the development of prefabricated building project management.
