DFMEA在电站换热器设计中的应用研究

摘要 设计质量是产品质量的源头,为了从源头提高产品质量,减少电站换热器设计过程中出现的设计质量问题,文章以电站换热器设计过程为例,分析设计过程质量问题,阐述利用DFMEA方法对电站换热器设计问题进行分析,设计潜在失效后果以及风险顺序数值的计算,并且提出高严重度、高风险顺序数问题的解决方法,探讨如何在设计时避免问题发生,以便更好完成提升设计质量的目的。 Design quality is the foundation of product quality.In order to improve product quality from the source and reduce design quality issues in the process of power plant heat exchanger design,this article takes the design process of power plant heat exchangers as an example.It analyzes the quality issues in the design process and elaborates on the use of DFMEA method to analyze design problems of power plant heat exchangers.It calculates potential failure consequences and risk priority numbers.Furthermore,it proposes solutions for high severity and high risk priority number issues,and discusses how to prevent these problems during the design phase in order to achieve the goal of enhancing design quality.
