应用型本科高校培育大学生工匠精神问题研究

Research on the cultivation of college students’craftsman spirit in application-oriented universities

培育工匠精神是应用型本科高校人才培养的重要目标。使大学生成为具有工匠精神的高素质应用型专门人才,是新时代发展的必然要求,集中体现了应用型本科高校素质教育的使命。本文从工匠精神的内涵和发展、应用型本科高校学生培育工匠精神意义出发,提出从思政课程、专业课程、校园文化、校企合作四个方面开展应用型本科高校学生工匠精神的培育路径。

Cultivating craftsman spirit is of great significance to the cultivation of applied undergraduate students.It is an inevitable requirement for the development of the new era to make college students become high-quality applied talents with craftsman spirit,which embodies the mission of quality education in applied undergraduate colleges.Starting from the connotation and development of craftsman spirit and the significance of cultivating craftsman spirit in application-oriented undergraduate college students,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of craftsman spirit in application-oriented undergraduate college students from four aspects:ideological and political courses,professional courses,campus culture,and school-enterprise cooperation.
