新时代赋予纪检监察组织新的使命和要求。如何立足高校立德树人这一根本任务,不断推进高校纪检监察组织自身建设和提高监督执纪能力以实现高质量发展,是新时代高校纪检监察工作的研究重点和主要任务。基于此,将领导力概念引入高校纪检监察工作之中,准确理解与把握高校纪检监察组织领导力的深刻内涵,分析新时代高校纪检监察组织领导力提升存在的问题及挑战,进而提出领导力提升的实践路径,对科学认识高校纪检监察组织并有效提升领导力有重要的实践意义。

In the new era,discipline inspection and supervision organizations are endowed with new missions and requirements.Base on the fundamental issue of moral education in colleges and universities,how to constantly promote the self-construction of discipline inspection and supervision organizations in colleges and universities and improve the ability of supervision and enforcement to achieve high-quality development is the current research focus and main task of discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities.On such basis,this paper introduces the concept of leadership into the discipline inspection and supervision work of colleges and universities,accurately understands and grasps the profound connotation of the leadership of the discipline inspection and supervision organizations of colleges and universities,analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the leadership improvement of the discipline inspection and supervision organizations of colleges and universities in the new era,and then puts forward some feasible approaches of leadership improvement,which has important practical significance for the scientific understanding and effective improvement of leadership of the discipline inspection and supervision organizations of colleges and universities.
