摘要
为了满足日益增长的楼宇运维需求,解决传统运维不足之处,结合数字孪生技术、BIM技术以及新一代信息技术,将各个智能化子系统数据信息与服务资源进行集成,实现建筑楼宇机电系统的统一数据采集、监测、控制,实现跨系统的联动与智能分析,保障建筑的智能运营维护,降低整体运行过程中的能耗。
In order to meet the growing demand for building operation and maintenance and to overcome the shortcomings of traditional operation and maintenance,various intelligent subsystem data and service resources are integrated in combination with digital twin technology,BIM technology,and new generation information technology.This will enable unified data collection,monitoring,and control of building mechanical and electrical systems,and achieve inter-system linkage and intelligent analysis to ensure the intelligent operation and maintenance of buildings,and reduce energy consumption during the entire operation process.
