摘要
施工阶段所面临的现场环境较为复杂,存在的质量安全隐患具有较强的隐蔽性,因此在动态的施工环境下,过程数据如果传递不及时或者缺少数据管理,将会导致问题反馈存在断档的问题,深化了现场的矛盾。本文结合精细化管理的相关要素和要求,以某一公寓建筑为例,通过采用BIM信息管理平台对全过程的优化施工进行综合探讨,实现工程建设的协同管理和精细化管理,提升工程建设效率。
The on-site environment faced during the construction phase is relatively complex,and the existing quality and safety hazards have strong concealment.Therefore,in a dynamic construction environment,if process data is not transmitted in a timely manner or lacks data management,it will lead to problem feedback and intermittent issues,deepening the contradictions on site.This article combines the relevant elements and requirements of refined management,taking a certain apartment building as an example,comprehensively explores the optimization of the entire process of construction through the use of BIM information management platform,realizes collaborative and refined management of engineering construction,and improves the efficiency of engineering construction.
