摘要
本研究围绕嘉兴市市区快速路环线,对海绵城市理念下的快速路管线设计与迁改进行了探讨。首先,本文分析了海绵城市理念的起源、发展及其在中国的应用与挑战。接着,针对现行快速路管线设计的问题和挑战,提出了一系列基于海绵城市理念的设计与迁改策略,包括使用生态材料、设计高渗透性管线、设置雨水收集设施、优选可再生或循环材料、实施灵活的迁改策略等。嘉兴市市区快速路环线管线迁改效果分析结果显示,应用海绵城市理念的策略可以显著提高内涝减少率、雨水资源利用率、管线使用寿命,并减少环境污染。因此,本研究证明了海绵城市理念在快速路管线设计与迁改中的实用性和有效性,为未来城市发展与环保提供了新的思路和策略。
This study focuses on the expressway loop in the urban area of Jiaxing City,and explores the design and relocation of expressway pipelines under the concept of sponge city.Firstly,this article analyzes the origin,development,and application and challenges of the sponge city concept in China.Subsequently,a series of design and relocation strategies based on the sponge city concept were proposed to address the problems and challenges in the current expressway pipeline design,including the use of ecological materials,the design of high permeability pipelines,the installation of rainwater collection facilities,the selection of renewable or recycled materials,and the implementation of flexible relocation strategies.The analysis of the relocation effect of the expressway loop pipeline in the urban area of Jiaxing City shows that the strategy of applying the sponge city concept can significantly improve the reduction rate of waterlogging,the utilization rate of rainwater resources,the service life of pipelines,and reduce environmental pollution.Therefore,this study demonstrates the practicality and effectiveness of the sponge city concept in the design and relocation of expressway pipelines,providing new ideas and strategies for future urban development and environmental protection.
