摘要
近些年来信息化、智能化程度快速发展,建筑行业在利用通讯信息、智能手段进行节能管理、降本增效。智慧医院概念的兴起也促进了医院智能化的发展,在此背景下,楼宇自控系统的发展也应运而生。本文分析了荆州市中心医院荆北新院项目的楼宇自控系统的工作原理以及日常使用功效。深入描述了楼宇自控系统对医院内冷源、空调机组、风机、电梯、给排水、智能照明等设备的监控,以及对水、电、气等能耗的高效管理,同时也通过专业的技术手段解决了项目实施过程中遇到的关键技术问题,实现了医院内节能要求以及以最小化人力、物力达到最大管理效果的目标。
In recent years,the level of informatization and intelligence has developed rapidly,and the construction industry is using communication information and intelligent methods for energy conservation management,cost reduction,and efficiency improvement.The rise of the concept of smart hospitals has also promoted the development of hospital intelligence,and in this context,the development of building automation systems has also emerged.This article analyzes the working principle and daily use effectiveness of the building automation system in the Jingbei New Hospital project of Jingzhou Central Hospital.This article provides an in-depth description of the building automation system's monitoring of equipment such as cold sources,air conditioning units,fans,elevators,water supply and drainage,and intelligent lighting in hospitals,as well as its efficient management of energy consumption such as water,electricity,and gas.It also solves key technical problems encountered during project implementation through professional technical means,achieving energy-saving requirements in hospitals and achieving maximum management effects by minimizing manpower and material resources.
