脑梗死患者社会疏离与社会支持、应对方式的关系研究

The relationship between social alienation,social support,and coping styles in patients with cerebral infarction

目的 探讨脑梗死患者社会疏离与社会支持、应对方式的关系。方法 2022年1月—2022年12月应用一般资料调查问卷、一般疏离感量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)对92例脑梗死患者进行调查,采用Pearson相关因素分析社会疏离与社会支持、应对方式的关系,采用Logistic多元线性回归分析影响脑梗死患者社会疏离的相关因素。结果 脑梗死患者PSSS总评分为(42.25±3.89)分;MCMQ量表中面对评分(18.25±3.02)分,屈服评分(13.98±2.02)分,回避评分(22.02±3.98)分;社会疏离总评分为(35.98±3.89)分。Pearson相关因素分析显示,社会疏离与社会支持、应对方式中的面对呈负相关(P<0.05),而与应对方式中的回避和屈服呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,脑卒中患者年龄、Barthel指数、社会支持总评分及回避是影响脑梗死患者社会疏离的危险因素,而面对则是社会疏离的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死患者社会疏离感明显,对于年龄较大、合并偏瘫及自理能力差的脑卒中患者可给予患者更多的社会支持,让患者积极面对疾病,以减轻患者社会疏离感。

Objective To explore the relationship between social alienation,social support,and coping styles in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were surveyed by General Information Survey Questionnaire,General Dissociation Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)from January 2022 to December 2022.The relationship between social alienation,social support,and coping styles were analyzed by Pearson correlation factors.The relevant factors affecting social alienation in patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed by logistic multiple linear regression.Results The total PSSS score of patients with cerebral infarction was(42.25±3.89)points;in the MCMQ scale,the face score was(18.25±3.02),the yield score was(13.98±2.02),and the avoidance score was(22.02±3.98);the total score of social alienation was(35.98±3.89).Pearson's correlation factor analysis showed that the social distancing was negatively correlated with social support and facing in coping styles(P<0.05),but positively correlated with avoidance and submission in coping styles(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,Barthel index,total social support score and avoidance were risk factors for social alienation in stroke patients,while facing was protective factor for social alienation in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction have obvious sense of social alienation.For older stroke patients with hemiplegia and poor self-care ability,more social support can be given to let patients actively face the disease to reduce patients'sense of social alienation.
