创伤中心建设研究进展

Research progress in the construction of trauma center

随着现代社会发展,创伤发生率日益增加,其导致的残疾率、死亡率也居高不下。自第一次世界大战以来,系统化创伤救治的益处就得到证实,目前创伤中心对于创伤患者救治的积极作用已得到认可,但各国创伤中心建设情况并不一致,部分发达国家创伤中心建设开始较早且建设标准已形成,而以我国为例的大部分发展中国家创伤中心建设开始较迟,且正在逐步探索适合自身情况的创伤中心建设标准。本研究就创伤中心建设必要性、创伤中心概念起源、国内外创伤中心认证及建设现状进行综述,以期为创伤中心建设提供参考。

With the development of modern society,the incidence of trauma is increasing day by day,resulting in high disability and mortality rates.Since the World War I,the benefits of systematic trauma treatment have been confirmed.At present,the positive role of trauma centers in the treatment of trauma patients has been recognized,but the construction of trauma centers in various countries is inconsistent.The construction of trauma centers in some developed countries started earlier and the construction standards have been formed,while the construction of trauma centers in most developing countries,taking China as an example,started later,And we are gradually exploring the construction standards of trauma centers that are suitable for our own situation.This study reviews the necessity of constructing trauma centers,the origin of trauma center concepts,and the current status of trauma center certification and construction at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the construction of trauma centers.
