水稻机械化育秧播种机排种器研究现状及展望 被引量:1

摘要 随着水稻种植机械化水平的不断提高,传统的人工育秧方式逐渐被机械化育秧播种机代替。在整个育秧过程中,播种是至关重要的环节,而排种器的性能对播种环节起着决定性作用。本文对目前水稻育秧播种机排种器在国内外的研究应用现状进行了分析,阐述了机械式、振动式和气力式3类排种器的工作原理和技术特点,同时介绍了相关的理论和研究方法。通过总结分析当前水稻育秧排种器的理论研究方法,针对目前育秧播种设备存在的问题和缺陷,提出了对育秧播种机排种器进行改善优化的方向,旨在为水稻播种排种器的研究和发展提供参考。 With the continuous improvement of the level of mechanization of rice planting,the traditional artificial seedling method is gradually replaced by mechanized seedling planter.In the whole seeding process,seeding is a crucial link,and the performance of the seeder plays a decisive role in the seeding link.This paper analyzes the current research and application status of rice seedling planter seeder at home and abroad,and comprehensively summarizes the working principle and technical characteristics of the three main types of mechanical,vibratory and pneumatic seeders,and introduces the relevant theoretical research methods.By summarizing and analyzing the current theoretical research methods of rice seedling seeder,the direction of improving and optimizing the seeder rower of rice seeding machine is put forward in view of the existing problems and defects of the current seeding equipment,aiming to provide reference for the research and development of rice seeding rower.
