政务诚信建设脉络、经验及标准化探析

Exploration and Analysis of Development,Experience and Standardization of Government Integrity

政务诚信是第一诚信,对其他社会主体诚信建设发挥着重要的表率和导向作用。本文首先对政务诚信的发展脉络进行梳理,对地方政务诚信发展现状进行分析,在此基础上对政务诚信标准化问题进行分析,从当下政策依据、现实需求、实践基础的角度,提出制定政务诚信评价国家标准的必要性以及标准研制的主要思路。

Government integrity is the first integrity,playing an important role as an example and guiding the integrity construction of other social entities.This paper sorts out the development of government integrity,analyzes the current situation of local government integrity development,and analyzes the standardization of government integrity on this basis.From the perspective of current policy basis,realistic needs,and practical foundation,this paper proposes the necessity of developing national standards for government integrity evaluation and the main idea of the standards development.
