基质和生根剂浓度对高州油茶扦插苗木品质的影响

摘要 【目的】为高州油茶扦插育苗提供参考。【方法】以成年高州油茶1年生枝条为插穗,选择4种基质配比和3种生根剂浓度进行组合试验,测定分析各组合扦插苗的生长指标、根系指标、光合色素含量等,运用隶属函数-灰色关联分析评价法对苗木各指标进行综合评价,筛选最佳处理组合。【结果】不同处理的苗木生根率存在显著差异,其中T9处理,即纯黄心土和500 mg/L生根剂处理最优,生根率达94.81%,纯黄心土基质处理的生根率显著高于其他基质,达到93.95%;T2处理,即黄心土+泥炭土(体积比1∶1)作为基质和100 mg/L生根剂处理生根率最低,为61.48%。T7处理,即纯黄心土和100 mg/L生根剂处理的生物量最高,地上部分的鲜质量和干质量分别为25.60、12.45 g,地下部分鲜质量和干质量分别为9.47、3.24 g;T9处理苗高、地径、240 d苗高生长量、240 d地径生长量的平均值最高,分别为48.33 cm、6.32 mm、29.73 cm、3.1 mm;T2处理中除地下部鲜质量和干质量较低外,其余指标均最低。T7处理的总根长、根表面积、根尖数量和根投影面积显著高于其他处理组合,分别为644.09 cm、387.96 cm^(2)、19909.33及123.49 cm^(2);T9处理的根体积最大,为26.24 cm^(3)。T7处理的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、类胡萝卜素含量和叶绿素总量均达到最高水平,分别为0.9425、0.3762、0.3776和1.319 mg/g,显著高于其他处理组合,叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量比值则是T9处理最高。与参考数列关系最密切的是生根率,关联度为0.8129;T7处理的综合评价得分最高(0.855),其次为T9处理(0.647),最低为T2处理(0.122)。【结论】不同基质配比和生根剂浓度对高州油茶扦插苗的质量具有显著影响。以纯黄心土为基质,采用100 mg/L的IBA与NAA等量混合生根剂处理插穗后,高州油茶扦插育苗的综合表现最优。 【Objective】To provide reference for cutting seedling of Camellia gauchowensis.【Method】Using the annual branches of adult C.gauchowensis as cuttings,four substrate ratios and three rooting agent concentrations were selected for combination experiments to determine and analyze the growth indicators,root indicators and photosynthetic pigment content of each combination of cuttings.Using the membership function-grey correlation analysis evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the indicators of seedlings and screen the best treatment combination.【Result】There were significant differences in the rooting rate of seedlings with different experimental treatments.Among them,T9 treatment,namely pure yellow subsoil+500 mg/L rooting agent treatment was the best,reaching 94.81%.The rooting rate of pure yellow subsoil matrix treatment was significantly higher than that of other substrates,reaching 93.95%.T2 treatment,yellow soil:peat soil=1∶1 as the matrix+100 mg/L rooting agent treatment was the lowest,61.48%.The biomass of T7 treatment,namely pure yellow subsoil+100 mg/L rooting agent treatment was the highest,the fresh mass and dry mass of aboveground part were 25.60 g and 12.45 g,respectively,the fresh mass and dry mass of underground part were 9.47 g and 3.24 g,respectively.The average values of seedling height,ground diameter,240-day increase and thickening index of T9 combination treatment were the highest,which were 48.33 cm,6.32 mm,29.73 cm and 3.1 mm,respectively.T2 combination,the underground fresh mass and dry mass were lower,and the other indexes were the lowest.The total root length,root surface area,root tip number and root projection area of T7 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatment combinations,which were 644.09 cm,387.96 cm^(2),19909.33 and 123.49 cm^(2),respectively.The root volume value of T9 treatment was the largest,which was 26.24 cm^(3).The chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,carotenoid content and total chlorophyll content of T7 treatment reached the highest level,which were 0.9425,0.3762,0.3776 and 1.319 mg/g,respectively,which were significantly higher than other treatment combinations.The chlorophyll a/b value was the highest in T9 treatment.Through grey correlation analysis,the most closely related to the reference sequence was the rooting rate index,and the correlation degree was 0.8129.Using the membership function-gray correlation analysis evaluation method,it was concluded that the comprehensive evaluation score of T7 treatment was the highest,which was 0.855,followed by T9 treatment,which was 0.647,and the worst was T2 treatment,with a score of 0.122.【Conclusion】Different substrate ratios and rooting agent concentrations had significant effects on the seedling quality of C.gauchowensis cutting seedlings.The comprehensive performance of cutting seedlings of C.gauchowensis was the best when the cuttings were treated with 100 mg/L IBA and NAA mixed with the same amount of rooting agent.
