珍稀树种孙航樱种子育苗技术研究

摘要 孙航樱是在湘西土家族苗族自治州发现的一种具有发展潜力的珍稀特有树种。为更好地利用该资源,分别研究了孙航樱种子的催芽方法、播种时间、覆土厚度和育苗密度对种子出苗率和苗木质量的影响。结果表明:变温储藏夏播种子的发芽率最高,达86.4%,比随采随播的提高26.32%;覆土厚度3 cm时出苗较快,苗木生长速度也较快;11~16株·m^(-2)(即株行距为25~30 cm×25~30 cm)为孙航樱较为合适的育苗密度,此时幼苗生长最快,生长量最大。 Prunus sunhangii is a rare and unique tree species with development potential discovered in Xiangxi Tujiazu & Miaozu Autonomous Prefecture. To make better use of this resource,the effects of germination method, sowing time, thickness of covering soil, and seedling density on seed germination rate and seedling quality were studied. The results showed that the germination rate of summer sowing seeds stored at variable temperature was the highest, reaching 86.4%, which was 26.32% higher than that of seeds without germination treatment. When the thickness of the covering soil was 3 cm, the emergence and the growth rate of the seedlings was faster.The suitable seedling density was 11 to 16 plants per square meter (25 to 30 cm row spacing, 25 to 30 cm seed spacing) ,and the seedlings grew fastest and the growth amount was the largest.
