The construction of the territorial and spatial fundamental information platform of Kunming is the key step of the natural resources informationization,which is of great significance for giving full play to the role of territorial and spatial data in the new era.Based on relevant national policies and the status quo of the natural resources informationization in Kunming,this article provides an overview of the territorial and spatial fundamental information platform of Kunming,and the construction idea,core content,technical framework,key technology and application effect of the platform are introduced in detail in order to provide reference for the construction of municipal territorial and spatial fundamental information platform.
