摘要
当前不动产测绘向三维立体化方向发展。手持SLAM是当前三维不动产测绘和建模的一个新技术,因其外业采集速度快、内业点云预处理自动化高、操作简便等优点,成为室内不动产测绘的应用趋势。针对利用手持SLAM技术的不动产外业采集、数据处理和点云管理,以及三维不动产建模和信息化等工作,形成了三维不动产建模的生产体系。研究和实践证明,手持SLAM技术能够达到房产测绘规范的精度要求,而且生产效率极高,大大地提高三维不动产登记发证工作的效率和质量,为三维室内不动产测绘和登记工作提供示范。
At present,real-estate surveying and mapping is developing in the three-dimensional direction.Handheld SLAM is a new technology in 3D real-estate surveying and modeling.It has become the application trend of indoor real-estate surveying due to its fast acquisition speed in field surveying,high automation of point cloud preprocessing and easiness of operation.By participating in projects which widely applied handheld SLAM technology in real-estate field acquisition,data processing and point cloud management using as well as 3D real-estate modeling and informatization,the author has formed a 3D real-estate modeling production system.Through research and practice,it is proved that handheld SLAM technology can meet the accuracy requirements of real-estate surveying and mapping specifications.The production efficiency is extremely high,the quality of three-dimensional real-estate registration and certification work is greatly improved,and a demonstration for three-dimensional indoor real-estate surveying and mapping and registration work is provided.
