云化核心网信令冲击风险防控研究与实践

Research and practice on risk prevention and control of signaling impact in cloud core network

摘要 核心网设备在网络中处于枢纽地位,故障影响面大。网络向云化、集中化部署演进,同时终端和应用更加智能,加剧了设备缺陷、操作异常及灾害情况下信令冲击的复杂性和处理难度。近年来,国内外出现多起信令冲击导致的重大故障。如何做好信令风暴的有效预防、及时处置、避免风暴卷土重来造成二次冲击,成为一个亟需解决的课题。本文围绕信令风险防控,从事前、事中和事后3个阶段研究分析,构建“预防+感知+应急+溯源”立体防御体系。 Due to its pivotal position in the network,core network equipment has a wide range of faults.The cloud and centralized deployment of the network,as well as the more intelligent terminals and applications,have exacerbated the complexity and difficulty of handling signaling impacts in equipment defects,operational abnormalities,and disaster situations.In recent years,there have been multiple major failures caused by signaling impacts both domestically and internationally.How to effectively prevent and handle signaling shocks in a timely manner,and avoid secondary impacts caused by the resurgence of storms,has become an urgent issue that needs to be solved.Focusing on signaling risk prevention and control,we will conduct research and analysis in three stages:pre,during and post,and build a three-dimensional defense system of"pr evention+perception+emergency+traceability".
