超高性能混凝土 U 形梁加宽桥梁施工技术研究

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展和交通量的不断增长,现有公路通行能力不足的矛盾日益突出。桥梁拼接加宽不仅可以提高原桥的通行能力,相比于新建桥梁还可以节约资金和土地。因此,研究桥梁加宽相关施工技术具有十分重要的意义和工程价值。文章以火炬东服务区主线三号桥为研究对象,分析了桥梁加宽工程的施工重难点,研究了利用超高性能混凝土U形梁在原有桥梁上进行拼接加宽的施工方法,并详细介绍了主要施工流程,以解决桥梁通行能力不足的问题。 With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous growth of traffic volume,the contradiction of insufficient traffic capacity of existing highways has become increasingly prominent.Bridge splicing and widening can not only improve the traffic capacity of the original bridge,but also save fund and land compared with building new bridges.Therefore,it is of great significance and engineering value to study the construction technology related to bridge widening.Taking the No.3 bridge on the main line of Huoju East Service Area as the research object,this paper analyzes key and difficult points in bridge widening construction,studies the construction methods of using ultra-high performance concrete U-shaped beams to splice and widen the existing bridge,and introduces the main construction process in detail,so as to solve the problem of insufficient traffic capacity of the bridge.
