Construction Process and Key Quality Control Points for Bridge Bored Piles

交通发达是促进经济发展的基本条件,为了更好地促进各个地区的经济建设与发展,近年来我国一直在大面积开展道路工程建设,尤其是在桥梁工程建设方面投入了大量建设资源。文章以某地桥梁工程建设项目为实例,主要分析了桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工工艺流程与关键环节施工要点,并探讨了钻孔灌注桩施工过程中的成孔及成桩质量控制要点,旨在为相关人员提供参考,促进我国桥梁工程施工技术健康稳定发展。

Developed transportation is the basic condition to promote economic development.In order to better promote the economic construction and development in various regions,China has been carrying out large-scale road engineering construction in recent years,especially investing lots of construction resources in bridge engineering construction.Taking a bridge engineering construction project in a certain area as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the process flow and key points of bridge bored pile construction,and discusses the key points of hole forming and pile forming quality control in the construction process of bored piles,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel and promote the healthy and stable development of bridge engineering construction technology in China.
