摘要
沥青混凝土路面冷再生技术具有良好的经济效益与环保效益,为发挥其在公路事业中的价值,文章以某工程为例,结合工程实际情况,进行经济比选,确定性价比最高的施工材料与技术方案,即乳化沥青冷再生施工技术方案,然后分析了施工技术中的冷再生沥青混凝土配合比设计、铣刨、沥青面层铣刨料处理、基层准备、混合料拌和与运输等关键环节。从技术实践效果来看,再生面层施工质量各项关键指标均达到技术规范要求。
The cold regeneration technology of asphalt concrete pavement has good economic and environmental benefits.In order to play its value in highway industry,this paper takes a project as an example,carries out economic comparison and selection combined with the actual situation of the project,and determines the construction material and technical scheme with the highest cost performance,namely the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration construction technology scheme.Then,the key links such as cold regeneration asphalt concrete mix design,milling,asphalt surface milling material treatment,base preparation,mixture mixing and transportation in construction technology are analyzed.From the technical practice effect,the key indicators of the regenerated surface layer construction quality meet the requirements of the technical specifications.
