摘要
随着水利水电工程的快速发展,工程安全运营对渠道系统的整体稳定性和防渗性提出了更高要求。采用混凝土衬砌技术可有效提升渠道的抗渗性和抗冲刷能力。为了进一步指导工程实践,开展渠道衬砌混凝土技术研究具有重要意义。文章主要从衬砌混凝土的配合比设计和施工技术两个方面进行了探讨,研究表明,优化水灰比、水胶比、骨料级配等参数,可以获得经济性好、性能高的配合比;采用适宜的整体浇筑、分块预制、特殊施工技术,可以有效控制施工质量。
With the rapid development of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,the safe operation of engineering puts forward higher requirements for the overall stability and impermeability of the channel system.The use of concrete lining technology can effectively improve the impermeability and erosion resistance of the channel.In order to further guide engineering practice,it is of great significance to carry out research on channel lining concrete technology.This paper mainly discusses the mix proportion design and construction technology of lining concrete.The research shows that the mix proportion with good economy and high performance can be obtained by optimizing parameters such as water-cement ratio,water-binder ratio and aggregate gradation.Adopting appropriate overall pouring,block prefabrication and special construction technology can effectively control the construction quality.
