难加工材料(CFRP、TC4)叠层自适应制孔试验研究

摘要 钛合金(TC4)及碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)以其优异的综合性能,在工业领域得到广泛应用。文章通过分析TC4及CFRP的钻削机理,初步确定了TC4、CFRP材料的切削参数。制孔设备具有轴向力检测功能,当系统检测到轴向力异常波动时,表明穿透第一层叠层,制孔设备自动切换到新叠层切削参数。通过对多组参数的试验验证,优化了CFRP、TC4叠层制孔工艺,制订了叠层自适应制孔工艺方案,有效提高了制孔质量及制孔效率。CFRP/TC4叠层自适应制孔工艺可推动TC4、CFRP高效、广泛应用。 Titanium alloy(TC4)and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)have been widely used in the industrial field due to their excellent comprehensive properties.In this paper,the cutting parameters of TC4 and CFRP materials are preliminarily determined by analyzing the cutting mechanism of TC4 and CFRP.The drilling equipment has axial force detection function.When the system detects the abnormal fluctuation in axial force,it indicates that the first layer is penetrated,and the drilling equipment automatically switches to the new laminated cutting parameters.Through the test verification with multiple sets of parameters,the CFRP and TC4 laminated drilling process was optimized,and the laminated adaptive drilling process scheme was formulated,which effectively improved the drilling quality and efficiency.The CFRP/TC4 laminated adaptive drilling process can promote the efficient and wide application of TC4 and CFRP.
