大跨度索支承实腹式门式刚架钢结构设计

摘要 文章首先介绍了索支承实腹式门式刚架的结构形式,然后分析了该结构的优势,包括承载能力强、结构刚度大、预应力刚架梁稳定性好及用钢量少。在施工方面,介绍了索支承实腹式门式刚架的施工工艺和节点构造,随后以具体工程为实例,详细阐述了结构设计中的荷载取值、计算工况、计算参数和计算结果。结果表明,索支承实腹式门式刚架的预应力效果比普通预应力刚架更明显,显著改善了刚架的受力性能。 This paper first introduces the structural form of cable-supported solid-web portal frame,and then analyzes the advantages of the structure,including strong bearing capacity,large structural stiffness,good stability of prestressed rigid frame beam and less steel consumption.In terms of construction,the construction process and node structure of the cable-supported solid-web portal frame are introduced.Then,taking the specific project as an example,the load value,calculation conditions,calculation parameters and calculation results in the structural design are elaborated in detail.The results show that the prestress effect of the cable-supported solid-web portal frame is more obvious than that of the ordinary prestressed frame,and the mechanical performance of the frame is significantly improved.
