现浇外墙保温一体板施工技术的设计和优化

摘要 文章分析了现浇混凝土外墙保温一体板传统施工方法的不足,结合内隔墙安装方法,通过深化排版、集中精准加工、榫接、双向U形卡件连接等方法,对现浇混凝土外墙保温一体板传统施工技术进行了优化和创新,有效解决了施工中质量偏差大、后续外墙装修成本高的问题,可为相关人员提供参考。 This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional construction method of the cast-in-place concrete exterior wall insulation integrated board.Combined with the installation method of the inner partition wall,the traditional construction technology of the cast-in-place concrete exterior wall insulation integrated board is optimized and innovated by deepening the typesetting,centralized precision processing,mortise and tenon connection,two�way U-shaped clamp connection and other methods,which effectively solves the problems of large quality deviation and high cost of subsequent exterior wall decoration in the construction.It can provide reference for relevant personnel.
