Construction Technology and Quality Control of Thin-walled Hollow Pier for Expressway Bridges

在高速公路桥梁结构中,薄壁空心墩作为桥梁工程的下部结构,对高速公路桥梁整体质量及安全起着重要作用,并且该项施工也是工程建设中较为困难的一环。因此,文章分析了高速公路桥梁薄壁空心墩施工技术,同时从钢筋、模板、混凝土工程等角度出发,提出了有效的质量控制措施,旨在为相关高速公路桥梁施工提供借鉴。

In the expressway bridge structure,thin-walled hollow pier as the substructure of bridge engineering plays an important role in the overall quality and safety of expressway bridge,and its construction is also a difficult part in the engineering construction.Therefore,this paper analyzes the construction technology of thin-walled hollow pier for expressway bridge,and puts forward effective quality control measures from the perspectives of steel bar,formwork and concrete engineering,so as to provide reference for relevant expressway bridge construction.
