摘要
小微企业由于规模小、人数少、资源有限,需要不断调整自身战略以适应市场竞争。基于战略导向的绩效评价体系能有效帮助其调整战略,提高竞争能力。本文在总结小微企业绩效评价体系中存在问题的基础上,分析了引入战略导向绩效评价体系的可行性,接着提出了构建思路及原则,并以Q财税公司为案例设计了绩效评价体系,最后提出了小微企业实施战略导向绩效评价体系的保障措施。该体系可以帮助小微企业提升管理水平和管理效率,实现长期稳定发展。
Small and micro enterprises need to continuously adjust their strategies to adapt to market competition due to their small scale,small number of employees,and limited resources.A performance evaluation system based on strategic orientation can effectively help it adjust its strategy and improve its competitiveness.On the basis of summarizing the problems existing in the performance evaluation system of small and micro enterprises,this article analyzes the feasibility of introducing a strategic oriented performance evaluation system.Then,it proposes the construction ideas and principles,and designs a performance evaluation system using Q Finance and Taxation Company as a case study.Finally,measures to ensure the implementation of a strategic oriented performance evaluation system in small and micro enterprises are proposed.This system can help small and micro enterprises improve their management level and efficiency,and achieve long-term stable development.
