黑龙江省农产品加工业产业关联的研究

A Study on the Association of Agricultural Product Processing Industry in Heilongjiang Province

从产业链延伸和产业关联度入手,加强对黑龙江农产品加工业的关注与扶持,有助于打破黑龙江省农产品加工业产业的弱势地位。文章选取投入产出模型,测算感应度系数、影响力系数、方差系数和推动力系数以及中间消耗系数等指标,来刻画黑龙江省农产品产业关联现状。得出结果,黑龙江省农业产业从上游产业至下游产业链,平均感应度先升后降,影响力系数先降后升,推动力系数总体下降,方差系数先下降后上升,增加值贡献程度先升后降,体现出黑龙江省的农业产业链结构不稳定且竞争力较弱不具备较强优势。

Starting from the extension of the industrial chain and industrial correlation,strengthening attention and support for the agricultural product processing industry in Heilongjiang Province can help break the weak position of the industry.The article selects an input-output model to calculate indicators such as sensitivity coefficient,influence coefficient,variance coefficient,driving force coefficient,and intermediate consumption coefficient,in order to describe the current situation of agricultural product industry correlation in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that the average sensitivity of the agricultural industry in Heilongjiang Province first increases and then decreases from the upstream industry to the downstream industry chain,the influence coefficient first decreases and then increases,the driving force coefficient overall decreases,the variance coefficient first decreases and then increases,and the contribution of added value first increases and then decreases,reflecting the unstable structure and weak competitiveness of the agricultural industry chain in Heilongjiang Province and the lack of strong advantages.
