摘要
文章以某大型制造业国有企业为例,对基于量化考核的数字化转型评估工作开展研究。通过对相关研究成果进行梳理、归纳和分析,结合国有企业数字化转型工作实际,提出数字化转型量化考核评估维度,包括数字化能力水平评估、数字化能力水平提升进步评估、数字化年度任务评估、加减分评估,设计了评估指标、数据采集项、分值计算方法、考核评估工作方式,提出了4种评估结果应用方式,为同类型企业数字化转型评估工作提供参考和指导。
The article takes a large manufacturing state-owned enterprise as an example to conduct research on the evaluation of digital transformation based on quantitative assessment.Through combing,inducing and analyzing relevant research results,and combining with the actual work of digital transformation in state-owned enterprises,the author proposes the evaluation dimensions of digital transformation quantitative assessment,including the evaluation of digital capability level,the evaluation of the progress of digital capability level improvement,the evaluation of annual digital tasks,and reward and punishment items.The article designs evaluation indicators,data collection items,score calculation methods,and assessment work methods.It proposes four application methods for the evaluation results,providing reference and guidance for digital transformation evaluation work in similar enterprises.
