摘要
利用软件MIDAS对钢结构进行有限元建模分析,确立钢结构受力薄弱位置和理论应变。拟定了2种最不利工况对其进行荷载试验,在分级加载过程中检测关键受力部位的位移、应变,并和软件MIDAS有限元建模结果进行受力分析对比,验证钢结构的整体安全性能,同时也验证了工程施工质量,还为钢结构运营服役期提供可靠的维保参数。
MIDAS software is used to conduct finite element modeling and analysis on steel structures to determine the weak points and theoretical strains of steel structures under stress.Two most unfavorable working conditions were proposed for load testing,and the displacement and strain of key stress areas were detected during the graded loading process.The stress analysis was compared with the finite element modeling results of MIDAS software to verify the overall safety performance of the steel structure,as well as the engineering construction quality.Reliable maintenance parameters were also provided for the operation and service life of the steel structure.
