新屋基特长隧道互补式网络通风方案研究

摘要 新屋基隧道为单向坡特长公路隧道,隧道的进出口高差约120m,即使不考虑自然风的影响,右线需风量也明显高于左线。针对新屋基特长隧道左右线需风量不同这一情况,在因地质条件取消斜井通风的情况下,考虑采用互补式网络通风方案加以解决。在考虑自然风的因素下,对设计方案的近远期设计风量的确定、通风系统安装范围的确定以及通风换气量的确定进行了相关计算。结果表明:互补式网络通风方案适用于像新屋基特长隧道这样的单向坡隧道且交换风量不分近远期,不论是从技术的角度,还是从经济的角度都有很大的优势,具有显著的社会经济效益。 The Xinwuji Tunnel is a long highway tunnel with a single slope.The height difference between the entrance and exit of the tunnel is about 120 meters.Even without considering the influence of natural wind,the required air volume for the right lane is significantly higher than that for the left lane.To address the situation of different air volume requirements for the left and right lanes in the Xinwuji long tunnel,and considering the geological conditions that preclude the use of inclined shaft ventilation,a complementary network ventilation scheme is proposed.Taking into account the influence of natural wind,relevant calculations were conducted to determine the design air volume for the near and far terms,the installation range of the ventilation system,and the ventilation exchange volume.The results indicate that the complementary network ventilation scheme is suitable for single-slope tunnels like the Xinwuji long tunnel,and that the exchange air volume does not differ between the near and far terms.From both technical and economic perspectives,it offers significant advantages and has notable socio-economic benefits.
