摘要
以中晚熟桃品种阿部白桃(Abe hakuto)为试验材料,探究了喷施4种新型液体生物膜(处理代号BF1~BF4)对免套袋桃果实品质的提升效果。试验结果表明:与套袋处理相比,喷施液体生物膜能够提升桃果实的质地和口感,其中BF2处理显著降低了果实的硬度,BF2处理显著提高了果实的可溶性固形物含量,BF3、BF4处理显著降低了果实的可滴定酸含量;BF3、BF4处理显著提高了果实的POD活性,BF4处理显著提高了果实的CAT活性,BF3处理显著提高了果实的SOD活性。4种液膜处理对桃果实综合品质的提升效果优于套袋处理的,且表现为BF3>BF4>BF2>BF1。因此,推荐BF3(液膜果袋BVOA)作为桃树免套袋栽培的优选液膜。
The medium to late maturing peach‘Abe hakuto’was used as the material,and the effect of spraying four new liquid biofilms(BF1~BF4)on the fruit quality of Bagging-free peach was studied.The results showed that compared with bagging treatment,spraying liquid biofilm could improve the texture and taste of peach fruit.BF2 treatment significantly decreased the hardness of fruit,BF2 treatment significantly increased the soluble solid content of fruit,and BF3 and BF4 treatment significantly decreased the titrable acid content of fruit.BF3 and BF4 treatments significantly increased POD activity,BF4 treatment significantly increased CAT activity,and BF3 treatment significantly increased SOD activity.The effect of four kinds of liquid film treatment on the comprehensive quality of peach fruit was better than that of bagging treatment,and the order was BF3>BF4>BF2>BF1.Therefore,BF3(BVOA)is recommended as the preferred liquid film for bagging-free cultivation of peach trees.
