《电子档案移交与接收办法》(档发[2012]7号)是国家档案局为规范电子档案移交与接收工作而制定的。该办法具有创新进步、承上启下的特点,本文主要从要点分析、意义总结和问题思考等方面对其进行解读和探讨。
The MeasuresfortheTransferand AccessionofElectronicRecords(No.7,2012)is formulated by the National Archives Administra-tion of China to regulate the transfer and acces-sion of electronic records.This Measures has the characteristics of creativity,progressivity and instructiveness.This paper mainly interprets and discusses it from the aspects of key point analy-sis,significance summary and problem thinking.
