摘要
以2020年春季为分水岭,教育领域正在从线下教学常态向混合教学新常态转型,为了探索转型后的教学样态,我国加强了基层教学组织的建设。网络名师工作室就是在网络学习空间与实体学习空间共同存在的背景下,为适应教学变革的现实需求,由具有独特的空间思维与空间应用专长的教学名师领衔所建立的、率先开展新质教育研究与实践的教师专业成长共同体。通过梳理当前的工作室建设过程中存在的窘境,并结合对江苏地区已经建立的网络名师工作室的调研分析,研究提出,网络名师工作室应当率先思考如何顺应混合教学的现实存在,如何形成基于数据的教学决策,如何组织适应个性的教学活动,并将信息化教学变革作为关键任务。工作室不同于一般的基层教学组织,需要更加强调事务的“实”、问题的“真”、过程的“活”,文章还就如何发挥工作室的三大效应进行了分析,并对未来发展进行了思考。
With the spring of 2020 as the watershed,the education field is transforming from the normal of offline instruction to the new normal of blended instruction.In order to explore the instructional pattern after the transformation,China has strengthened the construction of basic instructional organization.Network distinguished teacher studio is a community of teacher professional development established by the distinguished teacher with unique spatial thinking and application expertise and taking the lead in carrying out novel-quality education research and practice in order to adapt to the real needs of teaching change in the context of the concurrence of network learning space and physical learning space.This paper proposes that network distinguished teacher studios should take the lead in thinking about how to comply with the blended instruction,how to form data-based instructional decisions and how to organize individualized instructional activities,and taking the informationized instructional reform as a key task by analyzing the dilemma existing in the process of studio construction,combined with the investigation of the established network distinguished studios in Jiangsu.Different from ordinary basic instructional organizations,studios need to pay more attention to the"reality"of affairs,the"truth"of problems,and the"vitality"of the process.This paper also analyzes how to give full play to the three major effects of the studio,and reflects on the future development.
