肿瘤内科医生与营养药师联合门诊的工作模式实践与效果分析

Practice and Effect Analysis of Joint Outpatient Clinic Work Mode of Medical Oncologist and Nutrition Pharmacist

目的探讨肿瘤内科医生与营养药师联合门诊的工作模式及效果。方法通过开设肿瘤内科医生与药师联合门诊,收集联合门诊患者用药依从性、营养状态、不良反应发生情况和药师满意度评分等评价该工作模式的效果。结果经联合门诊模式干预后,肿瘤患者的营养状态、用药依从性及生存质量得到明显改善,67.6%的患者对临床药师的服务表示满意。结论肿瘤内科医生与药师联合门诊的新工作模式能够有效提高肿瘤患者的治疗效果,促进患者合理用药。

Objective To explore the work mode and effect of the joint outpatient clinic of medical oncologist and nutrition pharmacist.Methods The effect of this work mode was evaluated by setting up a joint outpatient clinic of medical oncologists and nutrition pharmacists.The medication compliance,nutrition status,adverse reactions and pharmacists'satisfaction scores of the patients in the joint outpatient clinic were collected to evaluate the effect of this work mode.Results The nutrition status,medication compliance and quality of life of cancer patients were significantly improved after the joint outpatient clinic intervention,and 67.6%of patients were satisfied with clinical pharmacists'service.Conclusion The new work mode of joint outpatient service of oncologist and pharmacist can effectively improve the treatment effect of cancer patients and promote the rational use of drugs.
