贵州省妇幼保健机构卫生资源配置与服务利用研究

Study on Health Resource Allocation and Service Utilization of Maternal and Child Health Institutions in Guizhou Province

目的分析2017—2021年贵州妇幼保健机构卫生资源配置和服务效率情况,以进一步优化贵州省妇幼保健卫生资源配置。方法采用描述性分析、对比分析等方法对贵州省妇幼保健资源配置、利用效率、健康成效等进行统计分析。结果贵州省妇幼保健资源配置整体呈逐年递增趋势,人均占有量高于全国平均水平,在西南省份中处于中等水平;诊疗人次、入院人数、出院人数等年均增长率均超过3%;床位利用效率指标整体呈先上升后下降趋势;孕产妇死亡率和儿童死亡率均降至历史最低,且低于全国均值。结论贵州省妇幼保健卫生资源总量稳步增长,但也存在资源利用率较低,婴儿死亡率相对较高等问题,需合理调整卫生资源布局,缩短区域间卫生资源配置差距。

Objective To further optimizing health resource allocation of maternal and child health in Guizhou Province by analyzing the health resource allocation and service efficiency of maternal and child health institutions in Guizhou from 2017 to 2021.Methods Descriptive and comparative analyses were used to analyze the allocation,utilization efficiency,and health effectiveness of maternal and child health care resources in Guizhou Province.Results The overall allocation of resources for maternal and child health care in Guizhou Province has shown a year-on-year increasing trend,with per capita occupancy higher than the national average and at a medium level among the southwestern provinces.The average annual growth rate of the number of consultations,admissions and discharges has exceeded 3%.The overall indicators of the utilization efficiency of beds have shown a trend of increasing and then decreasing;and the maternal mortality rate and child mortality rate have dropped to the lowest levels in history,and are lower than the national averages.Conclusion The total amount of health resources for maternal and child health care in Guizhou Province has been growing steadily,but there are also problems such as a low utilization rate of resources and a relatively high infant mortality rate,which calls for a reasonable adjustment of the layout of health resources and a shortening of the gap in the allocation of health resources between regions.
