结直肠癌患者医疗决策准备度及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Medical Decision-MakingReadiness in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的了解结直肠癌患者参与医疗决策准备度现状及其影响因素,为制定临床干预策略提供参考。方法选取2022年1月至2022年10月就诊于浙江省某三甲综合医院新确诊结直肠癌的245患者进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析探讨结直肠癌患者决策准备度及影响因素。结果共发放问卷245份,回收238份,问卷回收率为97.14%。结直肠癌患者决策准备度得分为57.91±7.22分,低于正常水平。多元回归分析结果显示性别、职业、文化程度、癌症分期、转移情况、决策参与态度等与决策准备度具有相关性(p<0.001)。结论结直肠癌患者的决策准备度处于偏低水平,医护人员应全面了解患者情况,鼓励患者参与自身医疗决策,以助其选择适合自身情况的诊疗方案。

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of the readiness in patients with colorectal cancer to participate in medical decision-making,and to provide reference for developing clinical intervention strategies.Methods From January 2022 to October 2022,245 patients with newly diagnosed colorectal cancer admitted to a grade-A tertiary general hospital in Zhejiang Province were selected for a questionnaire survey.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate the decision-making readiness of patients with colorectal cancer and its influencing factors.Results A total of 245 questionnaires were sent out and 238 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 97.14%.The decision-making readiness score of colorectal cancer patients was 57.91±7.22,which was lower than the normal level.Multiple regression analysis showed that gender,occupation,education level,cancer stage,metastasis,decision participation attitude were correlated with decision-making readiness(p<0.001).Conclusion The decision-making readiness of patients with colorectal cancer was at a low level,and healthcare professionals should fully understand the situation of patients and encourage them to participate in their own medical decision-making to help them choose the treatment plan suitable for their own situation.
