分析多院区门诊管理存在的问题与难点,总结多院区医院门诊一体化同品质管理模式,探讨通过开展多院区医院门诊一体化管理,共享不同院区人力、信息、医疗、服务、文化等资源,进而形成设计合理的多院区门诊管理模式,实现不同院区之间的同品质医疗,为患者提供同品质的医疗服务。

This paper analyzed the problems and difficulties in the management of multi-campus outpatient service,summarized the integrated and homogenous management mode of multi-campus hospital outpatient service,discussed the implementation of integrated management of multi-campus hospital outpatient service.By sharing human resources,information,medical care,service,culture and other resources in different campuses,it formed a reasonably designed multi-campus outpatient service management mode to achieve the same quality of medical service among different campuses,which could provide the same quality of service to patients.
