Contract management is an important part of internal control management in public hospital operation and management,and it is related to risk control in hospital external cooperation.Contract management is to master and deal with the whole process of the contract in an all-round way.It should not only focus on the content of the text signed when the contract is concluded,but also on the control and prevention of legal risks before the contract is concluded,as well as the control of the performance after the contract is signed and the problems occured in the execution process.For public hospitals,contract management is inseparable from revenue and expenditure management,procurement management,asset management,construction management and other business activities.
