公立医院合同风险管控与相关问题探讨

摘要 合同管理是公立医院经营管理过程中内控管理的重要一环,关系着医院对外合作中的风险控制。合同管理是对合同全流程的全方位掌握和应对,不仅要着眼于合同订立时签署的文本内容,更在于合同订立前对法律风险的把握和预防,以及合同签订后履行环节的控制、执行过程中的情况应对。对于公立医院而言,合同管理与收支管理、采购管理、资产管理、建设管理等多个业务活动密不可分。 Contract management is an important part of internal control management in public hospital operation and management,and it is related to risk control in hospital external cooperation.Contract management is to master and deal with the whole process of the contract in an all-round way.It should not only focus on the content of the text signed when the contract is concluded,but also on the control and prevention of legal risks before the contract is concluded,as well as the control of the performance after the contract is signed and the problems occured in the execution process.For public hospitals,contract management is inseparable from revenue and expenditure management,procurement management,asset management,construction management and other business activities.
