新冠疫情高峰期呼吸亚重症病房护理人力调配与管理探讨

摘要 新冠病毒感染高峰期,医院紧急筹建了21个应急重症病房,组建了护理团队,形成了兼具科学性和实用性的应急重症病房护理管理体系。在人力管理架构上,护理部主任作为总指挥和负责人,负责协调护理人力和部署护理工作。科护士长负责协调所管辖护理单元的临床护理人力及物资,每日进行危重症患者访视和临床工作巡查,及时向护理部反馈临床问题和需求。呼吸亚重症病房的护理团队由改建科室病房护士和院内其它科室支援护士组成,共同承担改建后新冠肺炎患者的护理工作,为重大疫情下的医疗保障护理人力资源管理提供参考。 During the peak period of COVID-19 infection,the hospital constructed 21 emergency intensive care units,established nursing teams,and formed a scientific and practical nursing management system for emergency intensive care units.In terms of manpower management structure,the director of nursing department was the commander and responsible person,responsible for coordinating nursing manpower and deploying nursing work.The head nurses were responsible for coordinating the clinical nursing manpower and materials of the nursing unit under their control,visiting the critical patients and inspecting the clinical work every day,and feeding back the clinical problems and needs to the nursing department in time.The nursing team of the respiratory sub-intensive care unit was composed of ward nurses from the reconstructed department and support nurses from other departments in the hospital.They jointly undertook the nursing work for COVID-19 patients after reconstruction,and provide reference for the management of nursing human resources for medical security in major epidemic.
