摘要
探讨公立医院薪酬制度,建立更合理、更公平的薪酬体系,可以激励医务人员提高服务质量和效率,为公立医院的持续发展提供支持。制定科学合理的薪酬制度需要充分考虑医务人员的专业价值、劳动强度、服务质量和医疗成本等因素,与医疗体制改革政策、医疗服务价格政策、医保支付政策相协调,综合施策,逐步建立符合我国国情的公立医院薪酬制度。
To discuss the salary system of public hospitals. The establishment of a more reasonable and fair salary system can encourage medical staffs to improve service quality and efficiency, and provide support for the sustainable development of public hospitals. It is necessary to fully consider the professional value, labor intensity, service quality and medical cost of medical personnel when formulate a scientific and reasonable salary system, which should be coordinated with the medical system reform policy, medical service price policy, and medical insurance payment policy. Comprehensive measures should be taken so as to gradually establish a public hospital salary system in line with China's national conditions.
