基于LSS的软式内镜质量管理研究

Study on Quality Management of Flexible Endoscopes Based on LSS

目的 运用精益六西格玛(LSS)对医院软式内镜进行质量管理,并评价其应用效果。方法 分析LSS模式实施前(2021年)和实施后(2022年)每条软式内镜日均使用频次、每条软式内镜平均维修金额、软式内镜维修检测故障率等指标,并对软式内镜维修部位及故障点进行分析。结果 运用基于LSS模式进行质量管理后,每条软式内镜日均使用频次提高,差异有统计学意义。软式内镜平均维修金额有所下降,软式内镜故障发生的趋势明显下降,常见的故障部位均有所下降。结论 运用LSS对软式内镜进行质量管理能显著提高工作效率,降低设备使用维护成本,确保诊疗过程的安全可靠,更好地满足医疗机构的需求。

Objective To apply Lean Six Sigma(LSS) in the quality management of flexible endoscopes in hospitals, and to evaluate its application effect. Methods Indicators such as the average daily use frequency of each flexible endoscope, the average maintenance cost of each flexible endoscope, the failure rate of maintenance detection of flexible endoscope were analyzed before and after the implementation of LSS mode(2021 and 2022), and the maintenance parts and failure points of flexible endoscope were analyzed. Results After the application of quality management based on LSS model, the daily use frequency of each flexible endoscope increased, and the average maintenance cost of flexible endoscope decreased. The trend of flexible endoscope failure decreased significantly. The common fault sites were decreased. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of LSS in the quality management of flexible endoscopes can significantly improve work efficiency, reduce equipment maintenance costs, ensure the safety and reliability of the diagnosis and treatment process, and better meet the needs of medical institutions.
