工地试验管理与质量成本控制研究

Research on Site Test Management and Quality Cost Control

为了提高公路工程建设水平,文章总结了工地试验管理存在的问题,并以赤峰至绥中高速公路(G4515)凌源(蒙辽界)至绥中段第2合同段2a标段为研究对象,分析了工地试验室组建要点、PDCA检测理念、工地试验管理与工程建设质量和成本的关系,研究成果可为工地试验管理提供理论参考。

In order to improve the level of highway engineering construction,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the site test management,and takes 2a bid section of the second contract section from Lingyuan(Mongolia-Liaoning border)to Suizhong section of Chifeng-Suizhong Expressway(G4515)as the research object,analyzes the key points of site laboratory construction,PDCA detection concept,and the relationship between site test management and engineering construction quality and cost.The research results can provide theoretical reference for site test management.
