摘要
文章研究了BIM技术在工程算量中的应用,分析了BIM技术在工程算量领域中的应用意义,并以杭州某具体案例为依托,重点阐述了BIM技术在工程算量中的应用方法,具体包括选取建模软件、算量模型契合算量规范、模型拆分对应工程量分项、模型转换等,着重分析了BIM软件的兼容问题。通过上述分析,论证了BIM技术与工程算量体系的融合实现了一模多用、数据积累的目标,提高了工程造价管理效果。
This paper studies the application of BIM technology in engineering quantity calculation,and analyzes the application significance of BIM technology in the field of engineering quantity calculation.Based on a specific case in Hangzhou,it focuses on the application methods of BIM technology in engineering quantity calculation,including the selection of modeling software,the compatibility of quantity calculation model with quantity calculation standard,model splitting corresponding to engineering quantity sub items,model conversion,etc.,and focuses on the analysis of the compatibility of BIM software.Through the above analysis,it is demonstrated that the integration of BIM technology and engineering quantity calculation system achieves the goal of one model for multi-purpose and data accumulation,and improves the effect of engineering cost management.
