摘要
为推进对沥青路面施工质量的远程监督管理,提高104国道改扩建工程管理标准化、科技化水平,实现对沥青路面施工的全过程管控,案例项目采用了物联网和智能传感等技术,对沥青混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺和碾压等关键环节进行信息采集、分析和处理,实现了对沥青路面施工的过程控制、实时反馈和全面监测,形成了全流程的数字化管理,为道路养护升级、质量溯源提供了数据支撑,有效提升了公路养护沥青路面施工的质量和精细化管理水平。
In order to promote remote supervision and management of asphalt pavement construction quality,improve the standardization and technological level of 104 National Highway reconstruction and expansion engineering management,and achieve whole process control of asphalt pavement construction,the case project adopts technologies such as the Internet of Things and intelligent sensing to collect,analyze,and process information on key links such as asphalt mixture mixing,transportation,paving,and rolling,which achieves process control,real-time feedback and comprehensive monitoring of asphalt pavement construction,and forms a whole process digital management.It provides data support for road maintenance upgrade and quality traceability,and effectively improves the quality and refined management level of asphalt pavement construction in highway maintenance.
