钢桥面铺装结构设计与施工方案优化研究

摘要 文章以港珠澳大桥为研究对象,对其进行结构力学分析,发现车道所处位置不同,力学特性也不同。在基于力学分析结果的基础上对钢桥面铺装进行设计,综合考虑气候条件、交通荷载情况和铺装结构力学特性等因素,提出合理的铺装设计方案,并提出了具体的施工方案。施工工艺优化的重点在于对混合材料的处理,施工过程中要保证铺装材料达到设计要求的性能,同时兼顾建设周期和安全因素。文章提出的钢桥面铺装设计及施工方案旨在为类似工程提供参考。 Taking Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the research object,the structural mechanics analysis is carried out.It is found that the mechanical properties vary depending on the location of the lanes.Based on the results of mechanical analysis,the steel bridge deck paving is designed.Considering factors such as climatic conditions,traffic load and mechanical properties of paving structure,a reasonable paving design scheme is proposed,and a specific construction scheme is proposed.The focus of construction process optimization is on the treatment of mixed materials.During the construction process,it is necessary to ensure that the paving materials meet the design requirements,while taking into account the construction period and safety factors.The design and construction scheme of steel bridge deck paving proposed in this paper is intended to provide reference for similar engineering.
