摘要
为了提高工程质量缺陷检测效果,文章以建筑工程质量缺陷为主要研究对象,提出了一种基于BIM技术的工程质量缺陷检测方法,该方法融入了红外热成像和三维激光扫描技术,利用图像处理技术,结合激光标定,能达到准确测算质量缺陷面积的目的。该方法通过科学、合理地建立三维工程质量缺陷信息模型,从三维模型中确定质量缺陷信息、位置坐标,以三维模型可视化方式呈现检测结果。结果表明,该检测方法精度和效率高,便于进行工程维修,值得借鉴和推广。
In order to improve the effectiveness of engineering quality defect detection,this paper takes building engineering quality defects as the main research object,and puts forward an engineering quality defect detection method based on BIM technology.This method integrates infrared thermal imaging and 3D laser scanning technology.It can achieve the purpose of accurately measuring the area of quality defects by using image processing technology and laser calibration.This method establishes a 3D engineering quality defect information model scientifically and reasonably to determine the quality defect information and location coordinates and present the detection results in a visualization way.The results show that the detection method has high accuracy and efficiency,and is convenient for engineering maintenance,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
