基于“监测数据分析+仿真计算”的混凝土裂缝成因分析——以引江济淮工程为例

摘要 文章以引江济淮工程白山控制进水闸为案例,通过监测数据分析和仿真计算,深入探讨混凝土裂缝成因。采用了监测数据和仿真计算,对气候条件、地基材料热学性能参数和力学性能参数进行了详细说明,为后续分析提供了必要的数据基础。温度场分析揭示了混凝土浇筑时的温度变化情况,尤其关注了混凝土内外温差及温度降低速度,发现保温方式不足导致早期内外温差增大,进而引发混凝土裂缝问题。应力场分析比较了两种不同保温方案的效果,采用橡塑海绵包裹和通水冷却的方案能显著降低开裂风险。裂缝成因包括季节性温度变化、保温措施不足、内外温差引发的拉应力、混凝土内部温度变化和拆模后的昼夜温差等多种因素。 Taking Baishan control intake gate of Yangtzeto-Huaihe water diversion engineering as an example,the causes of concrete cracks are discussed in depth through monitoring data analysis and simulation calculation.The monitoring data and simulation calculation are used to provide detailed explanations of climatic conditions,thermal and mechanical performance parameters of foundation materials,which provides necessary data basis for the subsequent analysis.The temperature field analysis reveals the temperature change during concrete pouring,with particular attention paid to the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete and the speed of temperature reduction.It is found that insufficient thermal insulation methods lead to the increase of temperature difference between the inside and outside in the early stage,which leads to the problem of concrete cracks.The stress field analysis compares the effects of two different thermal insulation schemes,and the scheme of using rubber and plastic sponge wrapping and water cooling can significantly reduce the risk of cracking.The causes of cracks include seasonal temperature changes,insufficient thermal insulation measures,tensile stress caused by internal and external temperature differences,internal temperature changes in concrete,and day and night temperature differences after formwork removal.
