摘要
有效解决软土路基处理问题对提升高速公路的安全性、降低成本、缩短工程周期至关重要。文章依托绵阳至苍溪高速公路工程项目,采用水泥搅拌桩法对该高速公路软土路基进行处理,借助数值模拟软件建立该高速公路路基数值模型,对比了有无水泥搅拌桩路基的沉降量,并分析了桩体模量、桩间距、路堤施工速率及施工间歇对路基沉降量的影响。结果表明,加固前路基最大沉降量为24.6cm,加固后为7.63cm,最大沉降量减小了16.97cm,降低幅度达到68.98%;增大桩体模量、减小桩间距、降低填土速率和增加施工间歇均能减小路基沉降。
Effectively solving the problem of soft soil subgrade treatment is very important to improve the safety of expressway,reduce costs and shorten the engineering cycle.Based on the engineering project of Mianyang-Cangxi Expressway,the cement mixing pile method is used to treat the soft soil subgrade of the expressway,the numerical model of the expressway subgrade is established by means of numerical simulation software,the settlement of subgrade with or without cement mixing piles is compared,and the influence of pile modulus,pile spacing,embankment construction speed and construction interval on subgrade settlement is analyzed.The results show that the maximum settlement of the subgrade before reinforcement is 24.6 cm,and the maximum settlement after reinforcement is 7.63 cm,the maximum settlement is reduced by 16.97 cm,and the reduction amplitude is 68.98%;increasing the pile modulus,reducing the pile spacing,reducing the filling speed and increasing the construction interval can reduce the subgrade settlement.
