Research on Construction Technology of Cast-in-place Piles under Complex Geological Conditions

文章采用案例分析法,以某高铁项目为例,结合案例项目实际情况,针对复杂地质条件下灌注桩施工问题,详细分析了钻机选型、泥浆选用、钻孔作业、钢筋笼制作及安装等施工环节的关键技术措施,总结了灌注桩施工控制要点内容,包括钻前准备及钻进控制等多个方面,以期为类似工程项目和相关技术人员提供参考。

Taking a high-speed railway project as an example,combined with the actual situation of the case project,aiming at the construction problems of cast-inplace piles under complex geological conditions,this paper adopts case analysis method to analyze in detail the key technical measures of construction links such as drilling rig selection,mud selection,drilling operation,reinforcement cage production and installation,and summarizes the key points of construction control of cast-in-place piles,including pre-drilling preparation and drilling control,in order to provide reference for similar engineering projects and related technical personnel.
